**PEAK SEASON: JUNE- SEPTEMBER Processing time for orders can take 3-4 business days to ship out**

 

Sprayground ships anywhere in the World. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES

• Standard Ground shipping: 7-10+ business days (USPS, FedEx SmartPost, UPS)
• Hawaii & Puerto Rico: free shipping fee. Estimated 10+ business days

Sprayground does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Dayton, New Jersey.

 

P.O. BOX/APO FPO ADDRESSES

We use USPS to deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• DHL & FedEx International- cost calculated at checkout; delivery times can take 3+ weeks.

Sprayground ships to over 200 countries in the world! Please note that import/duty fees are not included in the shipping costs. The recipient is responsible for paying import Customs, Duties, and taxes levied by the destination country upon delivery.

 

 

 

All orders requesting expedited shipping will ship same day if placed by 12pm EST, otherwise they will be processed the following business day. All non-expedited orders will ship from Dayton, NJ within 2 business days. Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email detailing tracking number and items shipped, transit times vary based upon your location.

In the event we are unable to fulfill your order you will receive a cancellation email detailing the voided charge and reason for refund.
